         People often get angry about everything that goes wrong or when there is a mistake made by themselves and the question is raised how to calm yourself down when angry. We always try to control our anger as we know it is not at all good for our health but nothing works no matter what. Let's go through some main pointers that you should always keep in your head when you are angry to calm yourself down as well as to free your mind from stress and frustration.

            Calming down when you are angry looks impossible because that is the last thing that comes to mind when we are angry, calming yourself is a good practice if you are doing it when you are angry because when you are calm you can easily think and your mind will be in your control that is why calming down in all terrible situations is important. When you are really angry calm yourself by breathing from your nose and slowing your breath. You can tackle any situation when you are calm because you can think through the situation. If you notice people who are calm are less likely to get angry

            When we are angry we never try to understand the situation we always try to remove our anger without even thinking anything about the actual situation. If you are angry the best way to calm yourself is to understand what has happened and why it has happened. Having the conversation before showing anger can help you a lot to control your anger. Communication can solve many problems, even anger but what happens is when we are angry we never communicate with the person that we are angry with and that is why it is very hard to solve the situation when we are angry. You can get away from the situation without thinking about it but understanding the situation and solving it can help you from facing future problems in the same situation.

Divert Your mind 

            Diverting mind is a very complicated thing to do when you are angry and most people advise this every time but when you are angry, you will never remember any of the advice given to you, because you will be thinking only about one thing and you cannot easily divert your mind but it is true that if you divert your mind you can escape all the stress, frustration, anger, etc,. There are so many ways to divert your mind from anger. For example, You can think of the movie you last watched, You can start watching videos of photos that can change your mood and make you feel happy, Try to think of something you want to enjoy in the future, etc,.

Let Go Of Your Ego 

            People often believe that they do not have an ego and they are wrong. If you let the anger go even if it's not your mistake then this move can help your health a lot. Letting go of the fight or anger is not easy at all especially when it's not at all your mistake. the anger is like two people pulling a rope from each end which can be stopped if one person leaves the rope, by which the other person no longer have to pull the rope at all the same way when you are angry keep in mind that you can solve the whole situation calmly without even shouting or yelling at the other person. you can simply let go of your ego n leave the fight just by saying "it's okay" or "I am sorry" and that will definitely solve the whole situation.



Meditate 

            Meditation is very good for your health, mind, and even to calm yourself from anger. Meditation is not something that is like a quick pointer but meditating daily for at least 15 minutes can change your whole life. You have so many Advantages to meditating and one of them is calming your anger. As meditation is a workout for your mind and that is why it's very easy to calm down for a person who meditates daily. Meditation can also be a medication for your mind to control your anger and to think through the situation and this is how to calm yourself down when angry.
